How the January Jumpstart Challenge Works:

This is about Consistency + Accountability! The goal is to get consistent with your workouts, so you can dial in a fitness routine for 2026. You'll complete 5 short, effective (and enjoyable!) workouts, designed for women over 45 who want to get stronger, leaner, and more defined in just 30 minutes or less.

You’ll receive follow-along Strength, Cardio + Mobility workouts. These are the same workouts I program for my private clients, and the ones I do myself to stay strong and toned at 60, so I know they get results! You can do them at home, on your own time, with minimal equipment (just a set or two of dumbbells for the Strength workouts).

This is an Online Challenge. There will also be a private FB group for community and support! I will be in the group every day to offer coaching, motivation, accountability and answer all of your questions! You’ll also connect with other like-minded women in this momentum-building challenge. There's also a chance to win Prizes! 🎉

Hey, I’m RITA! 

My personal exercise philosophy is “Less is More.” Short, efficient, effective workouts are key for midlife women. I’ll give you the right kinds of workouts, in the right amounts, so you get the best results in the least amount of time.

In my 15 years in the fitness industry, I've heard from so many women who struggle with consistency and accountability. So I created the January Jumpstart Challenge to help you get consistent with a fitness routine, get comfortable lifting weights (if that is new for you), and do it along with other amazing women supporting and cheering each other on!
